The sessions are displayed in the Eastern Time Zone (New-York, EDT, UTC/GMT -4)

How do I log in to the event platform?

Shortly after you register, you will receive an invitation email from Data Echo Culture with the following subject line:

Data Echo Culture: log in to your Live Space platform now

In the email, you will find your login and a temporary password.

  1. Click on the login link in the email. This will automatically redirect you to the login screen.
  2. Enter your username and temporary password.
  3. Enter a new password.
  4. Accept the terms and conditions of the platform.
  5. Explore!

If you can't find the invitation email in your inbox, check your junk mail box.

Which browser should I use to access the platform?

We recommend the following browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge. 
The web platform is not fully compatible with Internet Explorer.

We invite you to connect from a computer or a tablet in order to maximize your user experience.

How do I navigate through the different sections of the platform?

At the top of the homepage you will find the navigation menu that allows you to access the different sections of the event. 

To the right of the navigation bar, still at the top of the page, you will find access to your profile (your personal information), your discussions (messages with other participants) and your notifications (announcements sent to you by our team).

How do I customize my profile?

To the right of the navigation bar, click on your first name, then on Profile in the drop-down menu that appears. 
To maximize your networking opportunities, we invite you to enrich your profile:

  • add a photo by clicking on the small pencil in the blue bubble

  • specify your title and company

  • fill in a short biography
Where do I find the complete program? What are the different types of content?

By clicking on Program in the navigation bar at the top of the page, you will find all the conferences and workshops that are offered.

Under the Conferences tab, you will find the sessions that are accessible without registration: plenary sessions, international panels, artistic programming, opening and closing of the event.

  • Upcoming activities are available at the indicated time.
    Note that the time takes your time zone into account.
  • The Join button allows you to join any session in progress.
  • The conferences will be available for replay at the end of each day. A Replay button will appear at that time, just click to access the video.

The Workshops tab contains limited capacity activities for which pre-registration is required: case studies, demos and breakout sessions.

  • Click Subscribe to reserve your spot in the workshops you are interested in
  • Changed your mind? Click Unsubscribe to release your seat
  • At the time indicated in the activity description, the registration button will be replaced by a link to a Zoom meeting, where the workshop will be held.
    You will then temporarily exit the platform for the duration of the session.

To make a targeted search for certain activities in the program, use the keyword search bar and/or the filters available under each of the two tabs Conferences and Workshops.

How do I access a broadcasted session?

Click on Program in the navigation bar at the top of the page, then on the Conferences tab. After locating the activity of your choice, click the Join button.

How do I maximize networking opportunities?

Start by expanding your profile. To the right of the navigation bar, click on your first name, then on Profile in the drop-down menu that appears.

  • Add a photo by clicking on the little pencil in the blue bubble
  • Specify your title and company
  • Fill in a short biography

In the Participants section, you will access the list of people registered for the event. You will be able to filter the profiles and start a private discussion with them through the messaging system, as well as video conference calls.

I have a technical problem, what should I do?
  • Make sure you have accepted the terms of use when you connected to the platform
  • Make sure you are NOT logged in with Internet Explorer.  If you are, choose another browser: ideally Chrome, but Firefox, Safari and Edge (latest version) are also functional.
  • Make sure you are NOT connected via a VPN (secure remote access device to a corporate network) which can block the video signal. If you are, disable it and connect directly to the Internet. In some cases, you may need to restart your device after disconnecting your VPN.
  • Check your ad blocker, which may block the video stream as advertising.
  • Make sure you are NOT connected to a corporate network that may block the video stream. We recommend that you connect to a network with more permissions (e.g. visitor network).
  • Make sure you have accepted the use of cookies.
